We offer pick-up and drop-off services at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) for an additional fee.
For a smooth arrival, flights to Toronto must be booked for the evening before the session begins, between 4:00 pm and midnight. Departure flights from Toronto should be scheduled on the last day of the session between 6:00 pm and midnight. Flights scheduled outside these hours may be subject to additional fees.
If your child will be flying as an Unaccompanied Minor (UM), please note that each airline has its own guidelines and fees for this service. Airlines will require the name, address, and phone number of the person meeting your child as they exit through customs into the terminal. We assign staff to airport pickups a few days prior to arrivals and will provide you with the necessary contact information as soon as it’s confirmed. Please ensure your child has enough cash to cover the return UM fee.
All participants, whether flying or driving, should travel with a passport. In addition, children traveling without a parent or guardian will need a signed letter from their parents/guardians stating that they are traveling to Canada to attend a wilderness canoeing program in Temagami, Ontario. Upon arrival at base camp, all airline tickets, important documents, cash, and passports will be collected and securely stored for safekeeping.
