Parents’ Night

Come visit base camp during Parents’ Night

We are delighted to invite you to our island for a special Parents’ Night, held on the final Saturday of every session. This event is a wonderful opportunity for you to experience the magic of Camp Temagami firsthand. You’ll meet our dedicated staff, tour the island, and get a glimpse into your camper’s adventures through trip talks, slideshows, and special presentations.

We look forward to sharing this memorable experience with you and celebrating your camper’s accomplishments and growth.

No Dogs Policy: While we love pets, we cannot accomodate dogs on the island due to safety, allergies, and the well-being of all campers and guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in leaving your pets at home.

Dietary Restrictions vs. Preferences: Camp Temagami can only accommodate dietary restrictions (medical, allergies, religious, vegetarian) and not personal preferences. This policy helps us manage the large volume of meals efficiently and safely.

Emergency Contact: The emergency contact that you have provided is reliable, and is available for all members of your party attending Parent Night. The emergency contact is aware of their role and responsibilities during the overnight stay, and are themselves not attending parent night.

Important Packing Items: You have read the packing list and will ensure your family brings essential items, including sleeping bags, water bottles, flashlights, rain gear, and other appropriate clothing for the weather.
